Problems after install MDAC 2.7 SP1

Hello everybody,

I've installed MDAC 2.7 SP1 on my machine (Win 200 Pro SP3) in order to get ADO 2.7 and since of then I'm unable to access the 'Add Remove Programs' from Control Panel.

After I double click the Add/Remove icon I can see the process (mshta.exe) under Task Manager but the app window simply does not appear.

I tried to re-apply SP3 to see if it could repair anything but it made no effect.

I'm sure that the problem was done by MDAC installation because just before I install MDAC I uninstalled an ODBC Driver with no problems and just after install it, I needed to uninstall another ODBC Driver and for my surprise the Add/Remove app does not worked anymore.

Does this happened with anyone else? Any ideas and/or suggestions are welcomed.
