script to add multiple users

hello...i have a win2k server that i just set up and i will like to add multiple users using a script.........i want to be able to add username, fullname, script, join the user to a group and create a share folder....i've been able to do most of it except for the joining and share folder...any info will be greatly appreciated!!!
