Semaphore
Hi,
I am having a doubt with respect to semaphore...I hope this is the proper forum to ask.... If a counting semaphore has a value of -x how many process will be waiting ...? Is it x or x+1? I feel it should be x+1 but i read somewhere that its x so just wanted to confirm.... Thanks in advance Divith
