On Monday of this week I had some problems with my DSL from Bellsouth. Upon being unable to fix its problem with being unable to locate IP adresses, I was told to initiate a system restore to fix it which it did. However, right afterwars the system went very slowly and the internet went down. Upon restarting the time to get to the log in screen took about 5min as compared to 10sec and now when I log in I get no Start Menu but I do have Icons, and I can not access system restore again. Could this be due to a virus or someting else? Also, it sometimes goes back to working just fine, but then a few minutes later will revert back to its crippled state.
