how do you change the location a service runs from in windows xp without using the services admin tool? (mine's corrupt and i dont want to reinstall the os) i have to start up mysql manually everytime i reboot because i no longer use the drive i originally installed to. any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanx

open "regedit". you can find the services here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\<your service name>
