Something up with my system's registry (WIN 98)
I don't know, but I think this happens whenever I run Apache
My system registry gets ruined somehow, so as soon as I start up my computer, it has to restart and use a backup of the registry Like i said, i think this happens whenever i run apache, so im going to restart in a while, ill have to repair the registy, then retsrt again, see if the registy has anything wrong with it anyone know what to do, and cud it be to do with apaches config or the security on it? (I use phpDev for my Apache server at the moment) hope someone can help... thnx |

I don't know about Apache 2.0, but if you're running 1.3.X I know that one doesn't change anything in the windows registry. It's completely standalone, and doesn't copy any files to your windir.

I have phpdev and I don't have any problems. Apache and mysql start automatically when windows starts.
