static ip and ics in Win2000 Pro

Hello,

Is it possible to use Internet Connection Sharing in Win2000 Pro
and specifiy static IP addresses?

If I try to specify static ip addresses, all the machines on my network lose connection to the internet.

Any help would be appreciated.

not really
ICS runs DHCP service on host - therefore set all clients to dynamic IPs. should work
