Unhappy sys config utility flashes and goes away
i have got windows XP
when i go to Run->msconfig the screen flashes and then goes away ;
it happens with regedit too;
however cmd comes just fine
ANY Clue??????????????

Check for viruses. The only time I had something similar happen to me was when I got hit with Klez.
