temp files
inside the windows folder there exist a Temp folder, if i delete the files inside the Temp folder will a problem occurs to my pc?

your question would be answered by checking your environmental variables concerning the temp variable. That temp folder is the one usually used by windows but you can edit the temp variable to point where ever you want.
If a temp file is open you will get a message about not being able to delete the temp file. No big deal. The big temp folder you want to track is temorary internet files. Generally you can safely delete any files in the temp folder other than files currently in use. I delete them regularly without any problems.

reboot before you delete the files, in case you installed anything ect.... other than that i never have trouble when i delete the contents.
