How do I transfer Outlook Profile and mail files from an old Windows 98 computer to a new computer running Windows XP and Outlook 2002?

Are you just migrating a pst file? If so you can just move the files from the 98 machine to the target machine.

migrate
open outlook express, click the file tab at the top left, click export, do the same on the machine to update, but select import, can export to floppy, makes a back up anyway.
