Unable to log on to console - Remote Desktop access is OK.
I am unable to log on at the console of this Windows Server 2003 (Enterprise Edition). After entering the password I get the message "The requested operation cannot be completed because the Terminal Connection is currently busy processing a connect operation."
In Terminal Services manager (when I log in using Remote Desktop, I can see one session with status "disconnected" and my active session. I try to reset and log off that disconnected session but to no avail. Any suggestions? |

Here's a link that may help; though it appears to apply to remote connecitons, not local connections.
You could try to find the PID of the instance of whatever is running termservice by using tasklist /svc. Kill it by using pskill -t <PID> and restrart it with sc start termservice. Then try to login. |
