When in DOS window
I am running Windows 2000. I ran command.com within Windows 2000 to run a DOS window.
What do I do so that when I pressed on the arrow key (either up, down, left or right) within the DOS window, it will show me some of the command that I previously entered. |

The upward arrow key should display the previous command. This history is not permanent, when you 1st open the dos window there won't be anything to retrieve.
You should run cmd not command.com to open a command prompt window in W2K. |
