win xp pro shuting down

I NEED HELP!!!!! RUNNING WINDOWS XP PRO AND KEEPS SHUTTING DOWN AND COMING UP WIT THIS BLUE SCREEN WITH THIS MESSEGE. WHAT DO I DO?
A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED AND WINDOWS HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.

I’M RUNNING A AMD ATHLON XP 2100 PROCESSOR, MSI K3 ULTRA 2 MOTHERBOARD, NVIDA VIDEO CARD, 256 KINGSTON RAMM, DLINK ETHERNET CARD.

The error message was in cap's !
