win2000 pro -> win2000 server
how to do that? pls. help. thanks.. or if not, how can i dual boot win2000 with NT, i currently have win2000.

A dual boot is probably the easiest solution. Both NT4 and W2K support separate installations with boot.ini to choose between them. I'm not sure if it's possible to install NT4 from inside W2K though... Try installing NT4 onto a separate partition from a bootable CD, this should work.
