Win2k server problem.
Gents,
I have a peculiar problem. I have several programs like acrobat,plsqldev etc which keep running in the task manager even after they're shutdown. And the funny thing is the moment I shut them down, the cpu shoots up to 99%(nearly), I have to manual kill the processes from the task manager. anyone knows whats the catch? Cheers!
