Win98 shutdown screen hang can't automatically shutdown the pc
Some time when i shutdown the PC the shutdown screen will hang on can't automatically shutdown. How to solved this problem.

sounds like a device or program is not finnished, check for spyware, with a program like spybot or adaware, and update drivers for everything, if you are still connected to the net , may want to shut down the connection and anything else running in the tray needs to be shut down also before you try to shut down.

Also if your windows isn't update you might want to visit windows update. There have been lots of fixes for W98 shutdown problems.

Thanks of all of your advice. After i have install the spybot program and run it. For temporary the pc shutdown no problem.
