everytime i log on windows xp my tool bar is not there and my icons, all i see is the backround wallpaper the only way i can get in any files is to alt ctrl and delete i can get in all my files from there but ....it sucks that my tool bar and icons are not there i did everything that i can think of and some times i see this messge (project 1) that comes up some times the only way i can get my tool bar back is to go to task manager and processes and end process with explorer.exe then go to windows files in c drive and click explorer and thats the only way i can get it back if there is anyway i can fix this problem
