Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition

Hi,
I just started using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and all was going great. I was moving the PC next to it and accidently unpluged the power cord on the PC running Windows 2003. I rebooted and now I can't logon (Administrator or user). It gives me a "local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively" I can access the server from another PC on my network (remote desktop and admin console). i can logon as Admin or user either one. Any help on this error I'm getting would be appreciated.
thanks. wolfnelbennie
