Windows XP hangups

i have a couple of issues with xp, i dont know if its xp or something else

first, when i close netscape, its stays running in the background

secon, the last few days, i have been getting do i want to debug errors on pages, which i never had before

thirdly, realsched.exe is always running and when i try to search for it, it takes about three hours to complete the search and xp cannot find it, same with another program, mathchk.exe, which i just noticed started showing up

go to start /run/ type msconfig , click ok. go to the start up tab, take the check out of realsched.exe and any other real player realone ect. that might be there, then right click the internet explorer, go to properties, advanced, disable script debugging.
also get a copy of adaware, remove the spywaqre like the math thing you have.spybot is ok too, but a bit aggressive for novice users.
