Hi everyone....
Jmatt! Thanks for your help, but.... I understand what is explained in the microsoft support page, but the real problem is that I cannot log on the system, so I can not change configurations on WIndows. I expect that windows is just locked and it is needing the right key configuration to unlock.... hellllllllllllllp ![]() Thanks in advance CyberMania |

Have you tried Safe mode ?
Lost or Corrupt User Profile http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_l.htm Create a new account/administrator profile and log in. Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\[Previous User Profile] and copy all folders to: C:\Documents and Settings\[New User Profile]. Then reboot. ============================================ Administrator and User Passwords in Windows XP http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/win_xp_passwords.htm http://www.uksecurityonline.com/hus...owsxp/guest.htm ========================================= Managing Your Windows XP Passwords http://www.informationweek.com/stor...icleID=13100343 Losing a Windows XP password is surprisingly common! Here are Fred's suggestions about how to get back into your accounts and files. |

Thanks for the help, but the problem remains:
I cannot acess Windows XP platform even in Safe Mode!!! I think that Windows Xp has a key shortcut to unlock this situation.... I have acess to the Repair Console (MS-DOS) with CD and I log on with administrator password... I can change files and folders but I don't know what the right thing to do... If anyone can help me, please do it! ![]() Thanks in advance for your efforts, CyberMania |
