Word Problem
Hi,
Im sending an email to a colleague with a word attachment of size 174kb but his system is taking ages to open it. Word opens straight the way but the hour glass appears for about 5 minutes. Im running windows XP and office XP he is running windows XP and office 2000 both being fast machines. Does anybody have any idea why this may be happening? Thanks

try that link and you and your colleague download the patches and service packs that apply to your versions. they should fix you right up. solved alot of strange things with office for me.
