Xp doesn't boot second time
M/C WILL ONLY BOOT UP FROM COMPLETE POWER-DOWN - New machine Athlon 2.6, KT 400A MOTHERBOARD - bios set to first boot from hdd second from floppy - have also tried it the other way round, still the same. and even both set to HDD - no luck
Power management is set to (s1) SOP again tried STR- no different. Checked 3v supply and thats at 3.46v ok 12v is up to 12.83v every thing looks ok. Can anyone help

In reply to my own problem for those of you looking for a solution to this kind of problem- I eventualy found that my FIREWIRE card was causing the problem , When removed from the PCI slot the machine worked perfectly - I tried it in another slot and the same thing happened, so i'll have to try another card !!
