Currency conversion in XML file

I've been searching for ages to try and find a reliable site, like ft.com, that offers up-to-date currency conversaion rates in an xml file.

I have an Access database that needs to find this file, then extract the necessary lines and use it in a purchase order form.

Anyone know where I can find such a file? And yes, I have been through Google...
