DOC to XHTML conversion
Hi,
I want to convert a few word ( doc ) files to the XHTML files. Can anyone provide any guildelines or clues on this file conversion, Thanking in advance, Sachin

Microsoft Word has an option to save a file as in
html format. Unfortunately, the produced file contains lots of spurious items and is not very portable. However, you can take that output and run it through the (html) tidy utility to make it XHTML complient. The tidy utility is available at: http://tidy.sourceforge.net/
