Gnip clone?
I am looking for a developer to create a clone of the Gnip.com social API and am finding it hard to source someone who will do a complete job at a good price.

Anyone know of a cheap or open source way to create a social media monitoring API?

Any suggestions for a new-to-APIs guy?

The requirement / help is to create a social media monitoring API to collate real-time social media data to be fed to a website like in viralheat.com
