Is there charset attribute for the element content?

I want a particular element content to be encoded with a particular charset. How can I achieve this?

Please give me help.

XML does not per se have specific support for individual
element encodings.

It does however allow the the support of any character set
via Unicode support . Any conformant XML parser has to support the UTF-8 and UTF-16 default encodings.
