libxml2.2.5??
does anyone know where i can find libxml 2.2.5? im trying to install an application that needs 2.2.5 but all i can find is 2.2.4-24. is there a 2.2.5 out? or am i chasing ghosts!!

Libxml2-2.2.5 was released Oct 2000. Now if you really need such a old version you can find it in the rpmfind archives.
http://rpmfind.net/pub/libxml/old/libxml2-2.2.5.tar.gz The most current version is libxml2-2.4.24 from ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stabl...2-2.4.24.tar.gz I'll assume the "2.2.4-24" you saw is/was a mislabled version of libxml2-2.4.24. The minus symbol is the version seperator eg libxml2 version 2.4.24
