Loading XML Data into Oracle Table

Loading XML Data into Oracle Table

I am trying to pass information from an XML Document into an Oracle table so that I can manipulate it in a stored procedure. My question is, how can I get data such as:

<LAST_NAME>MURRAY</LAST_NAME>
<LAST_NAME>SMITH</LAST_NAME>

Into Oracle and then break it down so that each entry is an individual row in a table?
