open source DTDs???

Does anyone know of any opensource DTDs that can be used for document generation? For example, there is the DocBook DTD for technical manuals. Is there something similar to this that can be used for documents in general?

For example:

<page>

<para>
some text
</para>

</page>

Thanks in Advance....
