Please Assist with Strange RSS Behavior

I used PHP to pull information out of a relational database and parse out HTML content. The RSS succeeded validation through W3C and when I type in the URL into IE or Safari I get the top 4 (four) articles as I expect.

If I SUBSCRIBE to the feed in IE, I only see two of the four messages show up. If I subscribe in Outlook I see the other two of the four messages. Why might this be happening? Thanks!!
