problems registering msxml4.dll
Every time I try to register msxml4.dll (I'm running Windows XP) I get the following error -
LoadLibrary("msxml4.dll") failed - A dynamic link library (DLL) intialization routine failed. I have attempted to register this DLL on another machine of the same spec, but it works there... I appreciate any help, Thanks, Seb
