select another language in docbook how to?

i have read this tutorial: http://www.codeproject.com/winhelp/docbook_howto.asp

everything is just fine, till i noticed that i wanted my documents in spanish.. so i found that i cant change some words like "Table of Contents" or "Copyright". i began to search in docbook folders and noticed that there is noe folder with some files that are languages files.. so i wonder if its possible to change language in docbook or when running the dpocuymentation compiler or maybe setting something in my .xml files...
