suggestions & recommendations, xml feed
I work for a company that manages 13+ ecommerce websites. Each of the websites have a "frequently asked questions" page, on which 99% of the content is the same. Currently, the sites each have thier own faq page, and updating information requires one to go to each of the 13+ site and update it by hand.
I am asking your advice. What do you think the best solution is for this situation. Do you think I should make some sort of xml/rss feed? Should I have just an html document and include using php? What are your thoughts, I am open to suggestions and recommendations... thanks

My IMHO is that RSS in this case is a overkill if you have the same design for FAQ section on all sites. If design is different, it is good idea to combine RSS feed that contain FAQ entries and XSLT to convert it into HTML. Also I guess why you are talking about RSS? While it is your internal system you may invent new formats. That may be just simpler.
