Using my browser to view my .xml files

Once I've created an .xml file and .xsl file, I use Windows Explorer to locate the file in my folder. Then I drag-and-drop the .xml file onto a web browser, such as Netscape 7.1 . Works fine.

Then when I close my folder, I get an error msg that explorer.exe has to restart. (I'm using Win 2K with the latest updates.)

Has anyone else experienced this?
