I can see XUL files only with Mozilla but I do not want to use Mozilla in my application in Java.Can I do this by importing Mozilla's .jar file?If I can how can I do,which files I must import and which class I must use?

Have a look at jazilla: http://jazilla.mcbridematt.dhs.org/. That's the closest you're going to get to XUL without Mozilla, I'm afraid.
