Question Where can I get the definition which will be send to service?

After seeing the WSDL file which made by Amazon WebService, I still don't know what kind of parameters I should send. For example, I know Amazon exposes a service named 'KeywordSearch',but I know if I send a wrong data type that service will refuse my request. Can I solve this problem by reading it's WSDL file? Thanks for your opinons!

Sorry for my poor English.

Note:
1.I use PHP.
2.amazon webservice URL
