Sweet so a customised version of Netscape Composer. That is cool , I tell you I've been busy too lately

My main requirement of an editor is to be able to edit XML (not just XHTML), and handle multiple schemas so its fit with my document/content management components which are all XML based Combine this with webdav and some server-side tool for coverting M$ docs/excel files to XML, and you've solved some of the major DMS problems

Sounds like bitflux meets my needs better, but still always interested in other tools (if you ever want to give us a demo)

Thanks for the response

Hey Zitan - wonder why they are not running bitflux through an XUL GUI. That thing should be simple to convert right into an online GUI application....

Yeah I've asked the guys that, they just didn't need to, and I think when they started XUL wasn't well known (well less known that it is now ) I'm looking at writing a specification for the project early next year, but I'm not sure they are convinced of the value of this

I will fiddle around with it tommorow and wrap it in a gui to see how it looks and functions. If it looks well and functions well, you can take the zip and send it to them and see what they think....

This would make a nice remote GUI app.....

PS: Send me a spec of the project when you get it done, I might be able to drive some support for it; maybe....

For sure I'm going to start in January with collecting requirements from them, and adding in what our requirements are. At the moment I think the editor is too complicated.

From requirements I'd start with the solution architecture, use cases and maybe, if I get hot, I'll add some system maps
