XMl for beginers

Hi this is my first poist in this forum

Hi
I have been creating Flash files that loads variables into a dynamic text field from a external tex document and loads external jpg's as well.
Well now I need for the variables in the dynamic text field and the external jpg's to load into flash from a XML file so once I get everything working another person could make XML to talk to a server and the new info will be upload from a server a last.
Can some one give me some links to learn some XML for beginers or another quick way for me to implemente this comunication in the faster way?
