XML validation tools

Any recommends for XML validation tools with:

validates DTD
validates XML schema (XSD)
validates XML using either DTD or XSD
accepts local files as input. Accepting URLs is a plus
available on either Windows or Solaris

Thanks for any comments.

I've been using butterflyxml (URL )as my xml editor for a month or two now and as far as open source xml editors go, it's the best by far. It does all sorts of validation on dtds and schema. I've been using it recently for xsl stuff. It's very nice and easy to use. It's java based but with a cool ui. I don't know if they can open a file via url. But tt's free and it runs everywhere that has jdk 1.4.1 and above, so I think solaris is ok.
