xsl:if
Hi All,
I am new to this technology, so please bear with my questions How do I use <xsl:if ...... > to test whether a node has any text and also whether the node exists in the first palce. ie. <PEOPLE> <PERSON> <FNAME>abcd</FNAME> <SNAME></SNAME> <ADDR1 /> <ADDR2>asdasda</ADDR2> </PERSON> <PEOPLE> How do I detect that SNAME is empty, ADDR1 is EMPTY and CITY does not exist. Could you please direct me to good site/book to use as a reference guide. Thanks in advance |

Thank you very much for your help.
It felt like I was at the bottom of a dark deep dingy pit and the hand of god (echolalia) came and lifted me up and showed me the light of day. Thanks again. Could you be kind enough to direct me to a v.good reference site so that I can at least make an attempt to be self sufficient and even help others. |
