For those of you who write a lot of stylesheets, I have something that might interest you: XSLdoc.
XSLdoc is a tool for documenting XSL stylesheets. It dynamically parses and renders the API for an XSL stylesheet, including your comments, in HTML format. No download required. It's all XSL.
